Learn to craft a matching pair of textured silver earrings.
Students will learn how to texture and shape metal using tools such as rolling mills, hammers, and shaped punches to produce either studs, hoops or dangles.
Beginning by using various tools and techniques to experiment with copper, students will then move on to crafting their final pieces in silver once they’ve found their own style. You will learn soldering techniques or choose to use hooks and wires to assemble a pair of earrings which are tailored to your preference.
This workshop is suitable for both complete beginners and students with some basic knowledge of jewellery making.
