An ideal opportunity for students to gain confidence in painting the figure.
Aimed at those with a basic knowledge of drawing, students on this course will learn to paint directly from a model. You will learn to find and explore the colour relationships observed within the body and, with tutor demonstrations, mix up a palette of colours. We will experiment with different approaches to mixing and applying paint and look at how mark-making can be used to describe form.
