Materials are Kirsty’s passion, particularly those which could be considered mundane, everyday and banal. Her works often emerge from explorative research through the manipulation of materials.

Kirsty is a mother-of-four, wife, daughter, daughter-in-law, niece, aunt, sister, god-mother, friend, and runner. Her favourite sandwich filling is egg mayonnaise and rocket.
